07.2006 - Diamond Sports Renews Contract with Disney’s Wide World of Sports

July 2006 Cypress, CA- Diamond is pleased to announce a partnership with Disney’s Wide World of Sports in
Orlando, FL.  Diamond is the Official Ball of Disney-created events, specifically Disney Baseball, Fastpitch, and Slow Pitch.  Diamond renewed the contract with Disney for another 3 years in July of 2006. 

Among other fields and facilities, there are over 16 baseball and softball fields on the 220 acre complex that plays host to over 170 events a year, including being the home of the Atlanta Braves spring training facility.  The world class facility is located at Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
