- Cancellations:
- Because we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt,
orders may not be cancelled once submitted. Please email your request for a
Return Authorization Number (see below).
- Returns:
- A request to return merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Please email your request for a Return Authorization Number to
customerservice@diamond-sports.com & include your order number.
Note, returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- All non-defective returned items must be in new condition & in their original
packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility & is non-refundable.
- For health reasons, helmets & sliding/compression shorts may not be returned.
- All Sales Final on Discontinued Items
