General Certification of Conformity (GCC)

In compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Commission  (CPSC) regulations, General Certification of Conformity (GCC) documents are available to Diamond’s distributors and retailers. To request a GCC form, please complete and submit the following form - all fields are required. The appropriate GCC will be emailed back to you.

*Note: The Lot Number and/or GCC Number can be found on the shipping carton (and in some cases the product) and is a combination of 5-6 numbers/letters, for example: 01HA2, M-0292, CH-1084). The GCC Number is four numbers followed by a letter, for example: 3052B. Please do not submit UPC code.
