BASEBALLS & SOFTBALLS POLICY
Return a sample of the defective baseball/softball accompanied with the original sales receipt to the Authorized Diamond Dealer from where it was purchased.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Equipment, such as masks, chest protectors, leg guards, and football shoulder pads have a one (1) year warranty on metal, plastic, padding, and straps.
The shell of the helmet has a three (3) year warranty, the padding and straps have a one (1) year warranty.
BASEBALL & SOFTBALL MITTS WARRANTY
There is a one (1) year warranty on all baseballs/softball mitts. Our warranty DOES NOT cover mitts that have been placed in an oven or microwave, or over oiled.
WOOD BAT WARRANTY POLICY
Diamond DOES NOT warranty any wood bats.
CLOSEOUT / DISCONTINUED ITEMS POLICY
All sales are final, NO exchanges or returns allowed.
All warranty shipments must have a valid RA number noted on the package or your shipment will be refused.
