DIAMOND DUGOUT RETURN POLICY

Returns

To return an item purchased at Diamonddugout.com:

Email our Returns Department at red@diamond-sports.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. In your email, include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The quantity and item(s) you wish to return.

  3. The reason for the return.

When a RA number is issued, you will be given instructions on how to return the item.

Please be aware that refunds are processed for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days after Diamond has received and processed your return for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a $15 minimum fee.

In order to be considered for a full refund (less restocking fee), item(s) must be:

  1. Unworn, unwashed and in new resalable condition.

  2. In their original packaging with any tags attached.

 

Items that can’t be returned to DiamondDugout.com:

  1. Items that were not purchased at DiamondDugout.com.

  2. Items that were not purchased from within the USA.

  3. Any final sale, non-refundable items such as closeouts, blems, seconds or used articles.

 

A note about exchanges:

At this time, DiamondDugout.com does not accept online exchange requests. However, if you want the same item in a different size, you can return your original order for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement:

  1. Follow the steps above to request a RA number. Include in the email that you will be ordering a replacement item.

  2. When we issue the RA number, we will provide a coupon code for free ground shipping for your replacement order. Simply enter the coupon code at checkout when ordering the replacement item.

  3. We will bill and ship your new order promptly.

  4. We will process your refund when we receive your return.
