PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE AUTHORIZED DIAMOND DEALER WHERE PURCHASED WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

 

ALL DIAMOND PRODUCTS COME WITH A QUALITY PLEDGE AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

 

DIAMOND'S WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER USE, OR THE NATURAL BREAK DOWN OF COLORS AND MATERIALS OVER TIME.

BASEBALLS & SOFTBALLS WARRANTY POLICY
Return a sample of baseball/softball for inspection to the Authorized Diamond Dealer from where it was purchased.


PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY POLICY
Equipment, such as masks, chest protectors, leg guards, and football shoulder pads have a one (1) year warranty on metal, plastic, padding, and straps.


HELMETS  WARRANTY POLICY
Helmets have a (1) year warranty.


BASEBALL & SOFTBALL MITTS WARRANTY POLICY
There is a one (1) year warranty on all baseballs/softball mitts.  Our warranty DOES NOT cover mitts that have been placed in an oven or microwave, or over oiled.


WOOD BATS WARRANTY POLICY
Diamond DOES NOT provide a warranty for any wood bats.


BAGS WARRANTY POLICY
Bring the damaged bag in for inspection to the Authorized Diamond Dealer.


CLOSEOUT / DISCONTINUED ITEMS WARRANTY POLICY
All sales are final, NO exchanges or returns allowed.


WARRANTY SHIPMENTS
All warranty shipments must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number noted on the package or your shipment will be refused.
